About Us

Who we are

We are a small and flexible Web solutions agency based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

For the last six years, we've been working primarily with small businesses to help them make best use of the web. We cover the Mid-Sussex region as well as providing a nationwide service and are happy to discuss how we can help you wherever you may be located.
We also offer a free no-obligation initial consultation, either in person or by phone depending upon where you are.

Working in Partnership

As part of our initial contact with you, we find out about your business or organisation, your goals and what it is that you’re trying to achieve - this will help us in putting together the right solution for you. We also like to keep in periodic contact with our clients - this allows us to better tailor our solutions to meet your needs and to provide a better level of support.

Keeping Things Simple

We always try to communicate in plain English, avoiding jargon wherever possible and we’re very flexible in meeting your needs.

Our proposal document details what we will do and the steps we go through together to complete your website project.

Being Fair & Honest

Our aim is to build a long-standing working partnership with you, so we won’t try to sell you something that you don’t need and we’ll advise you on what we think is appropriate at any given point in time. We like to be open with our clients and will always listen to you what you have to say - we hope for the same in return!

No Hidden Fees

We operate a simple pricing policy - for example for website development, you pay a one-off fee for the creation of the new website and a monthly or annual service fee which may include elements such as change management and secure hosting depending upon your requirements - these are all clearly explained in our proposal document.
