How we work with you

We work primarily with small businesses in the Mid-Sussex region and are happy to offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation. We also provide a nationwide service but we don’t normally have face to face meetings unless you’re in our area.

Working in Partnership

As part of our initial contact with you, we find out about your business or organisation, your goals and what it is that you’re trying to achieve - this will help us in putting together the right solution for you. We also like to keep in periodic contact with our clients - this allows us to better tailor our solutions to meet your needs and to provide a better level of support.

We always try to communicate in plain English, avoiding jargon wherever possible and we’re very flexible in meeting your needs.

Being Fair & Honest

Our aim is to build a long-standing working partnership with you, so we won’t try to sell you something that you don’t need and we’ll advise you on what we think is appropriate at any given point in time. We like to be open with our clients and will always listen to your concerns - we expect the same in return!

No Hidden Fees

We operate a simple pricing policy - you pay a one-off fee for website development and an annual service fee which may include elements such as change management and secure hosting depending upon your requirements - these are all clearly explained in our proposal document.
